Conference gadgets and giveaways
An enterprising group of students are working very hard with their innovative teacher, Trent Hiles, from Unlimted Paenga Tawhiti. The students are conducting market research to identify a funky product you hope to find in your youth conference bag. They are meeting the client brief for Wendy Foster, Chief Square Outsider, youth conference organiser - Outside The Square Youth Enterprise Conference October 17th. Students recently conducted market research at the recent YES annual report training session. Interest is now growing to see what product will be selected for the pack - the youth vote will be the decider!

Youth Enterprise Conference Poster
Students from Unlimited Paenga Tawhiti have been thinking 'outside the square' and coming up with enterprising ideas on how to promote the Youth Enterprise Conference to be held at the Convention Centre in Christchurch on the 17th October. The students, as part of an event planning project, have been working with their teacher Katie, graphic artist Jacqueline Fine and the Outside The Square conference coordinator Wendy Foster. The students have been given a brief and researched their target audience before preparing their posters. As this is a team project, the "best" ideas will be taken to form the final poster. The promotional poster will be sent to all secondary schools and form the basis of the conference advertisement to be published in The Press.
