With New Zealand’s Enterprising Students Week coming up on Monday 3rd November the British High Commission in Wellington are holding a business plan competition in support of the weeks celebration of enterprising students.
Teams are asked to develop a business plan (no more than 8 pages) that will have a positive impact on the people or issues that they have identified in their community.
The British High Commission are offering 2 prizes of $1000 towards getting the best enterprising ideas up-and-running:
$1,000 for the best social enterprise idea; and
$1,000 for the best environmental idea
The competition closes on Friday 7th November, with the winners being announced on Friday 21st November. The winning teams will then be presented with the prize by the High Commissioner, or Deputy High Commissioner, before the end of the school year.
